Estate Development

Leopard’s Rock country residential estate, spanning just under 400 ha and founded in 2005 with eco-friendly principles in mind, was meticulously planned to include a substantial portion of land designated as “Green Areas” where no building or development is allowed; it comprises 96 residential plots varying in size from around 1 ha to 2 ha, and its initial development phase in 2005 included the renovation of two or three houses that belonged to previous owners. This estate, situated in a lush area only a few hundred meters from the source of the Nyl River and benefiting from ample fresh water pumped from existing boreholes, boasts a well-established infrastructure, including a sound road network, power reticulation, and water supply to all plots, with approximately 30% of the plots having already been developed, and all plots sold exclusively to existing owners, whether in their vacant state or as already developed properties.

The fully proclaimed estate offers a club house, architecturally designed homes, upmarket guest houses, NHBRC approved contractors, diverse property types, eco-sensitive design, board approval, managed staff access, and controlled levies, with all planned plots sold.
